The ISO translates to .131 in MLB context while the walk rate comes in at 7.7%, and neither figure is going to carry a profile on its own. Carey's 21% strikeout rate across AA & A+ is workable for a 19-year-old, but the MLB-equivalent translation pushes that to 24%, so the bat-to-ball question doesn't shrink when he moves up. The ceiling here is organizational depth and the floor lands in the same neighborhood, so what you're really watching is whether the power grows before the strikeouts do.
