Strong public-model evidence with real historical outcome support; not a club-grade system because proprietary scouting, medical, player-development, and tracking data are not present.

Next Build Order

  1. Collect enough forward archives to move from B+ evidence to A- evidence.
  2. Train Prospect Model v0.7 as a scored challenger, then compare against v0.6 by bucket.
  3. Promote the ordinal bridge only after it beats the historical-neighbor baseline out of sample.
  4. Keep uncertainty-band explanations visible on every prospect detail surface.
  5. Keep the front-office report public and fail-loud when evidence regresses.
