Kenya Huggins misses bats well enough, 103 strikeouts at AA translating to an 8.4 K/9 equivalent at the MLB level, but the walk rate translates to 4.8 against a league MLB average closer to 3.2, and that gap is what makes the strikeout total largely decorative. If the command doesn't sharpen, the ceiling stays exactly where the floor is: a depth arm who lives in Triple-A or bounces in and out of a roster's back end.
