The walk rate is where this gets complicated: 66 free passes across the same stretch produce an MLB-equivalent BB/9 of 4.7, and the K-BB% that looks loud at the minor-league level flattens out to exactly 13.5% once you run it through the translation, right where the MLB average sits. If the command tightens in shorter stints, a multi-inning or setup role is a real outcome; if it doesn't, you're looking at a depth arm whose swing-and-miss doesn't survive the walk totals at the next level.
