The 23 stolen bases across AAA & AA are the loudest thing on this card, and probably the most honest thing too. Jay Allen II is hitting .267/.363/.438 in 465 plate appearances, but the MLB-equivalent translation deflates each piece: strikeout rate climbs to 25.5%, walk rate slips to 8.2% when the MLB average sits at 8.5%, and ISO shrinks from .171 to .137. The speed survives that filter; the power and plate discipline don't quite make it through. If the hit tool holds and the legs stay legitimate against better competition, he's a fringy bench outfielder who can run; if the bat doesn't sharpen, there isn't enough else to carry a roster spot.
