The 118 strikeouts look fine on paper, but the 8.2 MLB-equivalent K/9 lands right at league average, so if the command ever slips, there isn't a dominant swing-and-miss profile underneath to bail him out. The profile hangs on the walks staying where they are; if they creep up, what's left is a back-end arm with ordinary punch, and the ceiling of a multi-inning or setup reliever starts looking like a depth floor instead.
