The 3.10 ERA across AA & A+ is the headline, but the walk rate is the one thing standing between a real prospect and a depth arm. Across 73.4 innings, Dishmey has punched out 96 hitters against 38 walks, and when you translate that to an MLB context the strikeout rate clears league average while the 4.5 BB/9 equivalent runs more than a full walk above it — the K-BB% lands right at the MLB mean, which means the strikeout stuff is essentially covering for the command. The WHIP sitting at 1.1 keeps the ERA pretty, but that number has less cushion than it looks like if the walks don't come down as he advances. Either he sharpens the zone and becomes a back-end rotation piece with a real strikeout profile, or the command stays where it is and he's organizational depth.
