Across AAA & AA, Kinney has struck out 121 times in 452 plate appearances, and the MLB-equivalent translation puts that K% at 27.4, well above where most big-league hitters land. The .270 average and .443 slugging look decent at the minor-league level, but the ISO translates to .139 at the MLB level, where the average sits at .150, so the power isn't carrying the weight the surface numbers suggest.
