The .422 OBP across AAA & AA & A+ is louder than the .324 average, because the average is riding a .373 BABIP that will come down. What survives the correction matters: the translated walk rate, 11.1%, sits comfortably above league average, the contact rate translates to a 20.8% strikeout rate that is genuinely below the MLB mean, and 21 stolen bases in 438 PA tell you the speed is real enough to manufacture value without the bat being perfect. The ISO translation is the honest ceiling problem — .146 against a league context where average is .150 puts him in fringe-power territory, meaning the hit tool and the legs have to carry everything. If the average normalizes toward something in the high .270s and the power stays where it translates, he's a second-division regular; if the BABIP falls hard and the ISO doesn't grow, what's left is a fourth-outfielder profile.
