The raw power is the whole argument here: a .286 ISO across AAA & AA in 547 plate appearances, and the MLB-equivalent translation puts that at .200 ISO, meaningfully above what most big-league first basemen post. Burke has 34 home runs and 28 stolen bases in that same sample, a combination that earns attention even before you read the rest of the card. The problem is the strikeout rate — 141 punchouts translating to 27.3% in MLB terms, while the walks translate to just 8.8%, not enough cushion to absorb that much swing-and-miss. If the contact rate firms up even modestly, you've got a real bench piece with genuine power; if it doesn't, he's a strong-side platoon bat at first who needs the home run to show up every time.
